The right format depends on how the water is fished. A rucksack leaves both hands free while moving along the bank; a tackle bag keeps several boxes accessible at a fixed spot or in a boat; a waist pack limits tackle for a short trip; a rigid box protects lures and terminal tackle but is less comfortable to carry on foot.
