You have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to return a product purchased in our store.
To return a product, the user must initially contact Tienda Bass via email to incidences@tiendabass.es.
In accordance with the current withdrawal policy for electronic commerce platforms, we give consumers a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return, the amount will be paid in the same payment method made.
Do you have a defective product?
If the product arrives defective, we will take care of collecting the order and we will take care of all costs incurred. As soon as we have the product in our facilities, we will send you a voucher for the value of the product so that you can use it in Tienda Bass without expiration.
Do you have a product in good condition that you want to exchange?
If you need to change a size, replace a product or return an item that you ultimately do not want, we will take care of the collection at your home once you request it.
Collection cost depending on product:
– Small sized products (Clothing, Reels, Accessories and small accessories): €9.90
– Bulky products (bags, backpacks, boxes): €19.90
– Large products (Rods, combos etc.): €30
– Float tube: 60 €
The cost of collection will be deducted from the amount to be refunded or paid in advance depending on the type of return. Products must be returned unused, in perfect condition and with their original packaging. Once the merchandise is received and inspected, we will process the refund as quickly as possible.

Another return option
This service is optional. If the customer prefers, they can ship the product on their own using the shipping company of their choice. In this case, you must send the shipment to the address indicated at the end of this page.
It is essential that, both in returns managed by us and in shipments made by the customer themselves, the order number on the package to be able to identify it correctly and process the return or exchange without incident.
