Shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands, and mainland Portugal:

We do not ship to the Canary Islands (Las Palmas and Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Ceuta or Melilla. The Azores and Madeira use the European shipping rates below.

  • SHIPPING: Shipping costs are free for all orders from 25,00€. If you do not exceed the above amount, the shipping costs are 5,90€.
  • DELIVERY: If you place your order before 18:00 on a business day, you will receive your order the next day in less than 24 hours
  • All orders placed during the weekend will be sent on Monday or the next day business
  • In StoreBass we want you to be able to receive your product between 24 and 48 hours after making the purchase on our website, unless otherwise indicated on the product.
