Hart Drop Shot Weights

The active range is limited to Hart weights for Drop Shot, with Long and Round shapes and weights between 3.5 and 18 grams. Compare shape, weight and attachment system.

Weight affects fall rate, tension and bottom reading, along with depth, current, wind and line diameter. The elongated and round shapes don't work through every bottom the same way; check each model's recommendation. Check that the clip holds without cutting the line, and adjust the distance to the hook according to the rig. Replace any piece that's deformed or has burrs.
