This collection includes Daiwa lines for building bass tackle setups. Before choosing, identify whether the product is monofilament, fluorocarbon or braid, and compare diameter, breaking strain, length and the behaviour indicated by the brand.

Braid has very little stretch and transmits contact well; monofilament offers more elasticity; fluorocarbon provides density and abrasion resistance useful for certain techniques. The choice depends on the cover, the lure and the rod. If you use a leader, also check the connecting knot and how it runs through the rod guides.
