Lew's Reels for Largemouth Bass
The Lew's collection includes reels for casting and spinning. The system should match the rod type; after that, compare weight, line capacity, drag and centimetres retrieved per turn.
In casting, also check the cast braking system, spool tension and retrieve handle side. In spinning, spool size, rotor and line guide matter. A fast gear ratio picks up slack easily, but it isn't suited to every lure. Choose the retrieve based on the technique and the resistance the lure offers.
